MARTHA GAMA SIBUYI, a dynamic professional educator, entrepreneur with a proven record in Construction, breaking barriers and advocating for women in a male-dominated field, her story is a testament to resilience, innovation and unwavering determination.

Educational in 1993 completed Secondary Teachers Diploma at Elijah Mango College. In 1995, she completed a B-com degree at Vista University for Accounting and Economics, which led to Unisa University, where she specialized in Human Resources Management. In 2001, Martha Gama Sibuyi resigned as a Teacher to pursue her business career and registered her company called Mayibuye Multi-Cultural Window CC and joined SAWIC&BE as a member in good standing.

In 2018, Mayibuye Multi-Cultural Window managed various maintenance projects with Transnet in Mpumalanga Province for maintenance and renovations. In 2018 Mayibuye Multi-Cultural Window was allocated 130 RDP houses and completed in time by the Department of Human Settlements for Kanyamazane. Then projects most received from the Departments of Public Works, Roads, and Transport. Mayibuye Multi-Cultural Window achieved grading in CIDB 6GBPE, 6CEPE, and 1PE.

Her consistency in Leadership led to being elected as the Chairperson of SAWIC&BE in Mpumalanga Province. In 2022, she was co-opted to join SAWIC&BE National as a Deputy Secretary General. After that, she was voted to be the Secretary General. In 2025 She was elected to be an NEC member and was subsequently co-opted to serve as a Deputy President.
